It was a great tournament. Lots of laughter, nervousness and impressive games. Thank you to all the novices who played – it was great to see so many of you out there!
Winner of the ladies singles was Louise Herlinveaux and the men’s singles winner was Derek Delves. Congratulations to both of you!
Thanks also to the club supporters who turned out to cheer on the new members, and to all involved in making it happen – tournament organizers, computer gang, greens keepers, markers, kitchen crew and coaches – hopefully that covers the lot, if anyone was forgotten – sorry and thank you.
