The 2025 Lake Hill Men’s Singles Tournament, the Ericson Memorial, was held in the evenings on July 28, 29, and 30. 12 competitors were matched up in two games each of the first two nights. When the dust settled the top four players returned on the third evening to decide the victor.
It came down to Jag Bains and John Richard vying for 3rd place, and Bruce McFarlane and Chris Dodd squaring off for the trophy. Bowls were rolled, jacks were moved, distances were measured, and the games ended when one competitor in each game tallied 11 points on his scorecard.
Final results:
Champion: Chris Dodd
Runner-Up: Bruce McFarlane
Third Place: John Richard
