Almost 60 people took part in the LHLBC Canada Day celebrations. It was a
sea of red and white both indoors and out with many in Canada themed attire.
The afternoon started with a group photo and then singing of O Canada on
the greens (led by Kevin). We had seven greens of bowlers enjoying a short game and eleven members playing card and board games indoors plus a couple of spectators and later arrivals.
Loganberry crisp with ice cream, tea, coffee, and date squares were served
after the bowling/games. Mmmm, so tasty!
As usual many members helped out with set up, decorating, kitchen ,clean
up, and baking . All done with a smile!
A fun afternoon was had by all!
