On June 28, 2025, Lake Hill had two Triples Teams represented at the BSI Oak Bay Novice/Intermediate Tournament.
This tournament is to introduce those lawn bowlers with less than 3 years experience and wishing to play and understand what it is like to be in a BSI Tournament.
There was some nervousness prior to the start of their game but once they stepped onto the greens those nerves disappeared, and bowled with confidence and teamwork. But more importantly in Lake Hill fashion they had a good time creating laughter and building camaraderie with their fellow lawn bowlers.

2nd’s: Bev Scheurle and Dana Watson
