Sunday, August 23rd, started out as a rainy day early on, but held off long enough to have a great day bowling. 32 entrants plus several playing partners vied for the coveted paper trophy.
The winners – Team #2, on ends won were Judith Raymer, Phil Warman, Moira Lowdon, Kate Kajewski, and Sue Ennis. Congratulations.
Thanks to all who helped – Wilnae, Bill, Nadine, Jean, Karen H., Chris D., Joe, and if I missed anyone an extra thank you. Thanks specially to the great pie makers, Shirley H., Suzanne H., Devorah G. I always knew we have terrific bakers in our club.
Ralph and I are stepping away from hosting this tournament. Thank you to all who have contributed over the last 12+ years to make this tournament a success. For good playing and even better friendships.
