From August 17th to the 19th Burnside LBC held their annual Andy Stewart Memorial (Australian Pairs) Tournament. You play three 16 End games. One game per day for 2.5 hours. The Lead would bowl two bowls first, then the Skip bowls four bowls, and the Lead bowls their final two bowls.
Two Lake Hill Teams were successful in the evening draw winning all three games. Finishing First and Second place. The overall Andy Stewart Trophy winners were from the afternoon draw.
First Place: Mark Planiden and Mike Lee
Second Place: John Di Tomasso and Kate Kajewski
Other Lake Hill Member finishing high in the standings was Nick May’s Team being the second place two game highest winner.
Lake Hill was well represented in the 2026 Andy Stewart and was very supportive of each other, and fellow bowlers.
