On Saturday, June 14th, the greens turned lavender as 10 triples teams battled it out in the annual Lavender Ladies Triples tournament.
The day started off with some clouds and a chilly wind but the sky cleared and it was a perfect day for bowling. The winners were:
First place: Marilyn McKitrick, Barb Hughes and Ann Merriman
Second place: Gillian Roe, Marie Makuch and Sharron Maxymyshyn
Third place: Gina Jarvis, Jacqueline Bowering/Alana Pearce, and Moira Lowdon
Congratulations to the winners and thanks to everyone who participated and had a good time.
Thanks to the kitchen help of Randy S, Steve B and Stephen M, Pat M on the computer as well as those who helped with the set up and take down.
